Caregiver Support

Care-giver burnout is a real thing. Taking care of a loved one who suffers from Alzheimer’s can take a heavy toll.  That’s why we place such a high value on caregiver well-being. Caregivers are unsung heroes who provide countless hours of care to their loved ones, and may be at risk for diminished well-being in every area of their lives.

Weekly Caregiver Support Group

You can’t fill from an empty cup. We host a weekly caregiver support group in association with the Alzheimer’s Association to help at-home healers with the unique challenges of caregiving. This is a safe and non-judgmental environment to share concerns, receive and give support, and learn about Alzheimer’s. The group is available for caregivers regardless of whether their loved one is enrolled in Rosener House.

Workshops and Speakers

We are proud to host speakers and workshops on caregiving, managing challenging behavior in dementia patients, legal and medical concerns, and self-care.
