At Ride PVI, we are committed to helping you get where you need to go with peace of mind.
If you need a ride for errands, socializing, or whatever your day may bring, call our transportation hotline. We will arrange for a Lyft or Uber Driver to pick you up within a few minutes. Our friendly, professional ride coordinators monitor your ride in real-time to ensure you get to your destination safely and accurately. No cell phone needed!
Fees vary based on residence, destination, or distance. Subsidies may be available. Preregistration is required for all users. Call us at 650-272-5006 or email [email protected] for more information.

If you need a ride outside of this time frame, you may call the day ahead to schedule an earlier or later ride or on the weekend. However, staff is not available to monitor the ride.
Yes. If you need a ride outside the 9am – 4pm time frame, you may call the day ahead to schedule an earlier or later ride. However, staff is not available to monitor the ride.
Yes, if you are not ready to leave when the driver arrives, you will be charged the $6.oo ride fee. We ask that as soon as you request the ride you wait outside for your driver to arrive.
All riders must be able to get in and out of the car without assistance. However, the driver can help load any mobility devices the rider has, such as a cane, walker and wheelchair.
All drivers undergo background checks, DMV checks, and vehicle inspections. Each ride is monitored by a Little House Staff member to ensure you have been safely picked up and dropped off.
It’s up to you. Tipping with cash is permitted but not required.
At this time, the program is partially funded by the Sequoia Healthcare District, the County of San Mateo, and the City of Menlo Park.
