Fitness Classes at Little House
Fitness Assessment
All Members of Little House will receive an initial fitness assessment and a health history questionnaire. The results can identify your strengths and weaknesses in relation to your physical fitness, direct you to the appropriate fitness programs as well as create attainable goals to encourage you to live a more active lifestyle. Personal Training
Individuals receive personalized attention during each exercise session. This program is beneficial for all fitness levels, especially for those who want to exercise but do not want to join a group class. This includes individuals with physical limitations (i.e. limited range of motion), those in need of post physical therapy, and individuals who desire a more personalized workout experience. Call 650-326-2025 to make an appointment.
Open Gym
Open Gym time at Little House is available to members to complement their other fitness activities. If you have currently purchased a fitness class pass or a personal training package you have free access during this time. Otherwise there is a monthly enrollment fee.
Open Gym Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 8:30 am – 2:30 pm, Thu 9:15 am- 2:30 pm
