Membership Rates and Benefits
A Little House Membership is required of all who visit our facility. We offer different options based on your participation level. Non–Members may purchase a Day Pass for $5 per day.
Social Basic Membership
Fees: Annual one‐time fee of $85/year or a monthly autopay option $7.00/month.
Benefits Include:
- Little House membership
- Participation in all social clubs, movies and free social activities such as bridge, Mah Jong, pool and bingo
- Member pricing on any other programs or services such as ceramics and cultural/ learning programs, fitness drop‐in classes and personal training
- Free access to our library
- Member pricing on all PVI events
- Participate in Free Community Health classes or workshops
Social Plus Membership
Fees: Annual one‐time fee of $95/year or a monthly autopay option $8/month
Benefits Include:
- All Social Basic Membership Benefits listed above
- Unlimited access to the Technology Center with free printing up to 25 copies/month
- One annual Fitness Assessment with a Personal Trainer
- One free Tech appointment per month with a Tech Tutor
Premium Fitness Membership
This membership type is for those who want to participate in ongoing fitness classes. Fees include a Little House Social Plus membership. We offer 3 different experiences to enjoy your favorite classes: In Person, Virtual, and Hybrid (a combination of in person and virtual).
