If you need a ride for errands, socializing, or whatever your day may bring, call our transportation hotline. We will arrange for a Lyft or Uber Driver to pick you up within a few minutes. Our friendly, professional ride coordinators monitor your ride in real-time to ensure you get to your destination safely and accurately. No cell phone needed!
Lyft and Uber drivers are adhering to local COVID-19 standards to ensure the safety of both passengers and drivers, including requiring masks, sanitizing cars, and backseat rides.
Fees vary based on residence, destination, or distance. Subsidies may be available. Preregistration is required for all users. Call us at 650-272-5006 for more information.

Yes, if you are not ready to leave when the driver arrives, you will be charged the $6.oo ride fee. We ask that as soon as you request the ride you wait outside for your driver to arrive.
All riders must be able to get in and out of the car without assistance. However, the driver can help load any mobility devices the rider has, such as a cane, walker and wheelchair.
A: All drivers undergo background checks, DMV checks, and vehicle inspections. Each ride is monitored by a Little House Staff member to ensure you have been safely picked up and dropped off.
A: It’s up to you. Tipping with cash is permitted but not required.
