The longtime owner of John Bentley’s and the prior executive chef at Michaels’s, Los Altos Bar and Grill, and Woodside Village Pub will be joined by Charlie Parker, former chef at Manresa in Los Gatos and Flea Street Café in Menlo Park, to host a special farm-to-table dining experience at a private estate in Woodside. John Bentley attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and worked alongside culinary household names such as Mario Batali and Joey Altman. He stumbled upon the Woodside firehouse in the 1990s and opened the first iteration of John Bentley’s in 1995. Being happily retired, this is a rare and special treat for all guests.
